We understand that plans can change. To reserve your event date, a $50 non-refundable retainer is required, with the remaining balance due one day prior to your event.
If you need to cancel your reservation 14 or more days before your event, you'll receive a refund equal to 50% of the total rental fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Setup and takedown is always included—no hidden fees, no added stress. Our team will arrive approximately 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to install your booth, backdrop, and ensure every detail is ready for the scheduled start time.
If you've added idle hours, we'll have everything fully set up before that time begins, allowing your event to flow without interruption. Should our setup window overlap with another part of your event, simply let us know. We'll work with you and your venue to create a schedule that keeps everything running smoothly.

For the best experience, we recommend a 10' × 10' setup area with at least 10 feet of ceiling clearance. Working with a smaller space? No problem. We're happy to review your venue layout and find a setup solution that fits your event perfectly.  We also carry our own power station which makes it very easy to setup pretty much anywhere. 

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, as popular dates can fill up months in advance,  However, if your event is coming up soon, don't hesitate to reach out,  We'll always do our best to accommodate last minute bookings based on availability.  Simply submit an inquiry, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
